SCEI is a comprehensive source of information and provides fast responses to all enquiries.
In accordance with AQTF standards, SCEI offers processes that allow students to have their current skills, experience and qualifications recognised. Students on application to SCEI, can apply for either Credit Transfer (recognition for students that have already completed previous studies) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) (recognition for students that already have relevant industry experience). International Students Application Process
1. Complete and sign the APPLICATION TO STUDY FORM
2. Attach relevant certified transcripts, passport copy, high school certificates. (An International Student's Recognition and Recognition of Prior Learning Information must be in English.)
3. Provide evidence of English proficiency. If evidence can not be provided, International applicants are required to undertake an English Assessment to determine their English language abilities.
4. Forward all documents, including a signed APPLICATION TO STUDY FORM to the Southern Cross Education Institute.
5. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance through a full or conditional Letter of Offer and STUDENT ENROLMENT AGREEMENT.
6. There is a non-refundable enrolment fee of AUD $200. Tuition fee payment and a signed STUDENT ENROLMENT AGREEMENT are then required to secure the offer.
Southern Cross Education Institute holds an orientation program for all students before the commencement of their course. This program is tailored to introduce students to key personnel, allow them to familiarise themselves with the campuses and the institute's regulations and procedures.
