At Southern Cross Education Institute (SCEI), our highly trained and qualified staff are committed to offering accurate, helpful and up-to-date advice on all courses and career pathways. This ensures that all students make well informed choices.

In accordance with the Australian Quality and Training Framework (AQTF) standards, students who have studied the same unit or a similar unit at another college may apply for a credit transfer. The student must first complete the credit transfer application form. There is no fee applicable to this process. For more information refer to COURSE CREDIT POLICY.

Local Students Application Process

1. Complete and sign the APPLICATION TO STUDY FORM

2. Attach any relevant certified transcripts

3. Forward all documents, including a signed APPLICATION TO STUDY FORM to Southern Cross Education Institute.

4. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance through a full or conditional Letter of Offer and STUDENT ENROLMENT AGREEMENT.

5. Tuition fee payment and a signed STUDENT ENROLMENT AGREEMENT are then required to secure the offer.



Southern Cross Education Institute holds an orientation program for all students before the commencement of their course. This program is tailored to introduce students to key personnel, allow them to familiarise themselves with the campuses and the institute's regulations and procedures.
