Our student support services are established to provide assistance in services including academic issues, personal/issues, accommodation, medical issues, legal services and social programs. Our orientation programs are designed to communicate our services and objectives that are offered in a personal and friendly manner.

The resources offered by Southern Cross Education Institute are planned in accordance with the courses that we offer so that students will have access to excellent and relevant resources for their training package.

Certificates and statement of results

Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate and statement of their results. While these will be issued with no cost, any additional copies or letters can be issued upon request however will incur additional charges. Please refer to STUDENT FEES AND CHARGES (PP03) for details.
